Members of the Malawi delegation met with Parliamentof Zimbabwe Speaker of Parliament Jacob Mudenda together with Parliamentary Women’s Caucus chairperson Honourable Goodluck Kwaramba and women legislators
The Malawi delegation undertook a leadership learning visit in Zimbabwe and joined gender development partners at a Multi-Party Gender Conference on women’s political participation in Zimbabwe. The delegation among others engaged officials from the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, Community, Small, and Medium Enterprises Development; Zimbabwe Women’s Parliamentary Caucus; Zimbabwe Gender Commission (ZGC), and more to share experiences and recommendations in promoting women’s leadership in social, economic and political sectors.
